Membership in R.E.A.C.H. Alliance is open to long term care facilities, including nursing homes and senior living residences, community health centers, non-acute ambulatory centers and to physician offices.
By becoming a member of R.E.A.C.H. Alliance, you will gain access to a large portfolio of contracts and see immediate cost savings from your purchases.
There is no membership fee to join R.E.A.C.H. Alliance, however, we do recommend that members utilize our prime vendor relationships with Gulf South Medical Supply and US Foodservice.
Upon request, we will provide cost analyses to demonstrate savings from these prime vendors.
Membership entitles each facility to access national contracts through Premier, our national GPO, and regional contracts through Yankee Alliance.

- Complete the forms and FAX back to R.E.A.C.H. Alliance Member Support at 978-470-3116
- As soon as we receive your completed membership forms you will receive a welcome letter with contract information.
- You may create a user name and password for this website here.
As soon as your membership has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be able to
access detailed contract information on this website, and in some instances, place your order directly with the vendor.

Physicians
- To participate in our regional program, please complete the Physician Group Registration form and FAX back to Patty Pennelli at 978/470-3116.
Through this program you will be able to choose from our portfolio of contracts.
- To participate in our national program, Provider Select, please complete the Letter of Participation and FAX back to Patty Pennelli at 978-681-6100.
In order to participate in Provider Select, you must purchase 80% of your medical/surgical supplies through McKesson General Medical.
- Within 30 days you will receive a Provider Select User Guide.

Please note, if you would like to participate in both the regional and the national programs, you must complete both registration forms.
